Therapy Services

You know that feeling when you’re stuck in the same frustrating patterns? Like, no matter how hard you try, your habits, thoughts, or beliefs about yourself keep dragging you back?

Therapy is where we untangle all of that together.

This isn’t some “one-size-fits-all” thing.

It’s tailored to you - your story, your goals, and what you need to grow.

Therapy is for you if you’re ready to go deeper

Maybe you’ve already tried meds or self-help stuff, and it’s helped a little, but you know there’s more to figure out.

You want to understand yourself on a deeper level and finally move forward.

You’re ready to explore old patterns, unhelpful beliefs, or habits that have been holding you back.

You want an ongoing, supportive relationship with someone who truly listens and tailors care to you.

You’re craving growth, clarity, and a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

The benefits of therapy

Deeper Self-Awareness

Therapy helps you understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do, uncovering patterns and beliefs that shape your life. With this awareness, you can make choices that align with who you truly are.

Stronger Relationships

By exploring how you connect with others, you’ll develop healthier communication, set boundaries, and cultivate more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

Therapy that meets you where you are

Therapy with me is about connection.

I don’t just check boxes or follow a script - it’s all about figuring out what works for you

I draw from years of training and experience, but more than that, I bring curiosity, care, and flexibility to every session.

We’ll work on the big stuff, the little stuff, and everything in between to help you grow.

Therapy might be the right choice if you’re experiencing:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Burnout

  • Perfectionism

Therapy Approaches I Draw From

Psychodynamic

This focuses on how past experiences and patterns replay in the present, keeping us stuck

How we related to important people in our lives before, and how that’s repeating towards people now

CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We do this in a warm, attuned, relational manner (it can feel robotic sometimes)

This focuses on how our thoughts and behaviors affect how we feel

How we can practice shifting our self talk and what we do to keep the cycle going

Self-compassion

Foundational. It’s honestly hard to get anywhere without it! We’ll bust myths too (it doesn’t make you “soft” or “unproductive”)

Brainspotting

This is a very “bottom-up” body or somatic based approach, where we use eye position and a gentle altered state to follow the wisdom and intuition of your brain and body in processing emotions, healing trauma, and generating helpful insights.

Harmonic Brain Healing - this is a more active and guided form of brainspotting

While I didn’t complete the formal trainings, I’m inspired by aspects of:

ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)

Influenced by meditation and Eastern philosophy, developing an observational relationship with the mind

Moving forward in life with your values as your guiding force

IFS (internal family systems)

Have you ever said “a part of me wishes/feels/thinks”…

This is a way of instead trying to just get rid of unwanted thoughts/feelings (it doesn’t work), we develop a relationship with them to work together productively, so that one part doesn’t just hog the mic the whole time, and you can be more in control

DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy)

I wish everyone learned this in school! Mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance

  • Change up the habits and routines that make life harder.

  • Heal your body on a deeper level.

  • Build better self-care that actually sticks.

  • Be kinder to yourself (and actually believe it).

Let’s get started

1

Book an intro call

Let me know a little about you and what you’re looking for. This helps me make sure we’re a great fit before we move forward.

2

Schedule your visit

Once we connect, we’ll schedule your first session - a 2-hour deep dive to understand your story, challenges, and goals.

3

Ongoing support

We’ll meet regularly (whatever fits your needs) to check in, adjust your plan, and make sure you’re feeling supported every step of the way.
