Collaborative care for your patients

I know what it’s like to care deeply for your patients.

I know how hard you work to care for your patients, and how frustrating it can be when mental health needs go unmet because of long waitlists or limited specialized resources. It’s difficult to watch patients struggle with inconsistent medication management or approaches that don’t consider the whole person.

Coordinating care can feel overwhelming when communication is slow or incomplete, and it’s disheartening to see patients bounce between services without feeling truly heard.

Partner with lumina wellness

Let’s collaborate!

I aim to make it easier.

I offer telepsychiatry access for adults across California with a focus on ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, PMDD, and psychedelic-informed care.

Communication is kept open so you’re always informed, and I work alongside you - not in place of you - to ensure your patients receive care that supports both their mental health and their overall wellbeing.

You don’t have to manage mental health alone.

Together, we can give your patients the care they truly deserve.

How I Work

With Referring

Clinicians

My goal is to make collaboration as simple and straightforward as possible.

With patient consent, I’m happy to share visit notes, message, or schedule a time to connect so we can coordinate care.

I welcome ongoing collaboration whenever it’s helpful for the patient’s treatment and are happy to communicate by whatever means is easiest for you. By working together when it matters most, we can help ensure your patients get the timely, thoughtful care they deserve.

What You Can Expect

  • Effortless onboarding - Patients can book their own appointments and complete paperwork online, making the process simple for them and saving you time.

  • Collaboration that supports your role - I’m happy to connect in whatever way works best for you, and our role is to complement - not replace - the care you already provide.

  • Comprehensive care - I provide thorough evaluations that not only address mental health with medication but also looks for possible medical and lifestyle causes of psychiatric symptoms.

  • Specialized care - Warm, evidence-based medication management for depression, anxiety, OCD, PMDD, and psychedelic informed care.

FAQs

What professionals have asked about working together

  • While we I appreciate a note from other clinicians, no referral is required.

Patients can schedule directly on the website via Book a Call. The form walks through practice details and connects with a call calendar.

    You’re welcome to also:

  • In most cases, I may have openings within 1-3 months.

I understand that timely access matters for both you and your patient - I also have a list of trusted referrals.

The Book a Call link stays up to date with upcoming first-visit times and a list of my trusted referrals if those times don’t work.

  • With patient consent, I’m happy to share visit notes, quick summaries, or schedule a quick call to coordinate care.

I don’t send updates for every patient automatically, but respond quickly when collaboration is needed.

  • I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PMDD - as well as those interested in or already using psychedelics on their own (legally and ethically, I cannot prescribe psychedelics at the moment).

I assess for potential medical causes of mental health symptoms, order labs and tests if warranted, and provide education around lifestyle changes that could help your patient.

  • Yes, I can provide supportive therapy and psychoeducation as part of our regular medication management visits to help patients feel understood, learn new skills, and navigate challenges.

I strongly strongly encourage patients to have both medication management and therapy or counseling as part of their care.

For patients who find me without a therapist already established: I can offer more in-depth, ongoing therapy if it’s a good match.

If it seems like they would be best served by another person or modality, I refer to trusted therapists or if needed, I help patients navigate the system to find in-network therapy.

The most important thing is helping to find someone who is a great fit.

I’d love to set up a time to chat so Ican learn more about you and what patients might be a good fit!

  • No, I do not provide routine primary care. While I consider a patient’s overall health and screen for possible medical causes of psychiatric symptoms, my focus is on mental health care, psychotherapy, and medication management. I encourage all patients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider for their general medical needs.

  • I do prescribe most controlled substances, including stimulants for ADHD. Typically, benzodiazepines are prescribed extremely sparingly in very specific circumstances.

I prescribe very discerningly, with a focus on whole-person care first.

I focus on lifestyle changes, evidence-based alternatives, and non-medication approaches in order to optimize support for the safest and most effective plan.

  • My practice is best suited for adults who are looking for a collaborative, comprehensive approach to medication management, especially those dealing with ADHD, depression PMDD, OCD, and those with questions about or already using psychedelics for healing (not just for fun/recreation) - who needs a psychiatrist who can offer nonjudgemental guidance.

  • I provide virtual care to adults (18-65 years old) in California.

  • In order to provide the best quality care, I am out-of-network with all insurers.

As a courtesy, after each visit, automatic superbill submissions allow patients to take advantage of any out-of-network benefits that the might have, which they can check here with Reimburisy Verifast.

However, they should always double-check with their insurance. I am about to email them a short guide about what to say on the phone to clarify your out-of-network benefits.

New patient visits are $800 and follow ups are $500 (50min). At the beginning, we might meet every 2-6 weeks, with once every 3 months being the longest.

    Weekly therapy is $400 (50min).
